- Warranty is limited to material and manufacturing defects, entitling you to the repair of these defects or replacement of the product within the applicable warranty period. Consumable items or components subject to wear and tear (such as UV lamps, quartz glass, bearings, membranes, and seals in general) are excluded from warranty.

- It is not possible to claim warranty after the expiration of the warranty period unless it concerns a defect that was reported within a reasonable time, but no later than two months after the warranty period has ended.
- To process a warranty request, a copy of the invoice must be uploaded, and the online warranty form must be fully completed. Once these documents are received, you will receive a reference number that allows you to send the product to us.
- Products returned for assessment must be packaged in such a way that they are delivered undamaged. The sender is responsible for this.
- After receiving and assessing the defective product, Van den Borne will inform you about the next steps.
- The warranty period does not restart after the repair or replacement of a product.
Please note that our warranty becomes void in cases of improper or incorrect use of the product, failure to comply with the product's safety guidelines, rough handling of the product, negligent maintenance, or unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by parties other than our service department.
Defects not (or no longer) covered under the warranty can only be repaired by our service company at the cost of the customer. If you would like to proceed with such repairs, please contact our service department.

Providing complete information is essential for processing your warranty request. Without this form, we cannot handle your request.
When describing the issue, please include the following:
- Provide a clear and detailed description of the issue ("does not work" or "defective" is too vague).
- Error messages, operating hours, and connection details are crucial for proper analysis.
- When and under what circumstances did the issue occur?
- Is the issue consistently present, or does it occur intermittently? If intermittent, at what frequency?
- Include a diagram, photo, or drawing to clarify if necessary.
