Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A 10% handling fee will be charged for returned goods. Please note: Outlet items and specially ordered products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
A return must ALWAYS be registered with customer service in advance.
The procedure is as follows:
- Report a return to our customer service within 30 days of purchase.
- Include the following information in your email: item number, quantity, Van den Borne order number, and the reason for the return.
- You will then receive a confirmation of your request via email, along with instructions for shipping the item.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Our returns department only accepts properly packaged shipments. Van den Borne is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. In the case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered item from Van den Borne, the shipment will be collected at no cost to you. Returns that have not been registered with our customer service will not be accepted.
